On Wednesday, July 19 from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm, the Environmental Quality Board* (EQB) meeting will address state and local action on climate change and sustainability.

On June 5, Governor Mark Dayton signed on to the US Climate Alliance, affirming that Minnesota will continue to move forward with actions to meet greenhouse gas reduction goals. What does this mean for our state? What is Minnesota already working on, and where do we go from here? Come to the EQB meeting to find out.

EQB Meeting will be held in the Minnesota Pollution Control Board Room, 520 Lafayette Rd, St Paul, MN 55155. RSVP and share on Facebook.

*The Environmental Quality Board is made up of 9 agency heads and 5 citizen members. In addition to other duties, they provide leadership and coordination across agencies on priority environmental issues that are multi-jurisdictional and multi-dimensional, as well as provide for opportunities for public access and engagement.
