Submit Written Comments on Line 3 – by July 10!

Enbridge Energy’s proposed Line 3 tar sands oil pipeline through Minnesota would have a climate change cost of $287 billion dollars (yes, billion with a B) in just 30 years according to a new State of MN environmental study. The state is accepting written public testimony – your voice is needed!

To get started, check out MN350’s talking points about the draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), and examples of written testimony other volunteers have already submitted. The actual draft EIS, should you wish to read it, or parts of it, can be found here. Written comments on the Draft EIS may be submitted through Monday, July 10, 2017. Comments may be e-mailed, mailed or faxed.
